Congratulations Genís Guillem, for his Bachelor Theses, related to phototransport in LaAlO3/SrTiO3 Quantum Wells

Genís Guillem Mimó, a student from Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) presented in 2020 two Bachelor Theses related to the properties of LaAlO3/SrTiO3 Quantum Wells, entitled “Effects of acetone immersion on the photoconductance of the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface” and “A numerical model applied to the thermodynamics of Hall-bar devices based on the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface”Bachelor Theses, “Effects of acetone immersion on the photoconductance of the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface” and “A numerical model applied to the thermodynamics of Hall-bar devices based on the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface”. The works are related to the combined effects of acetone immersion and illumination on transport. At the same time, Genís Guillem has applied a numerical model to estimate heat disspitation due to Joule effect in these experiments.
